Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tokoindah. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a return or exchange. Please read our returns policy below.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories included to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a fee for missing parts or for items not returned in their original condition.

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. a different size or color), we ask that you return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to the availability of new items at the time of return.

Returns Procedure

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service by email at tokoindah@art-craft.de to obtain a return authorization.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all associated accessories and documentation.
Return the item to the following address: [Your Return Address].
Please retain the shipping receipt and track your shipment to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow at least [number of days] days from receipt of your return to complete processing of your refund.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items such as personalized products, perishable items or special orders are not returnable. These items are marked as such on the product page.
